Questions

Short answers. If yours is missing, use the contact page.

Is this financial advice?

No. Districts is general property research for information only. It is not personal financial advice, legal advice, a valuation, or a planning certificate, and it does not consider your objectives, financial situation or needs. Do not buy, bid, borrow, or invest on the basis of this site alone. Always obtain advice from a licensed financial adviser and, where relevant, a solicitor, conveyancer, valuer, or planner.

Is this a valuation?

No. Districts shows recorded sales, published asks, and suburb context. It does not appraise the property or tell you what to offer.

Can I treat a flood percentage as a certificate?

No. The share is the loaded overlay on the official parcel. Lenders and insurers use their own reports. See how we use data.

Why is a field blank?

We did not load it, the source did not publish it, or the parser could not read it. Blank is not a zero, and it is not an all-clear.

Do I need an account?

You can research without one. An account lets you follow suburbs and keep a short list. Research on the public site is free during beta — see access.

Where does the data come from?

Listings from allowlisted Australian property sites, recorded sale observations, ABS census extracts, and official planning GIS where we have an adapter. Each block on a page should name its source.
