Who we are

Districts operates districts.com.au. For privacy questions, email support@districts.com.au.

What we collect

If you create an account we store your name, email, and session cookies so you can sign in. Google sign-in shares the email and name Google provides. Followed suburbs, saved properties, and alert preferences are stored against your account.

Property and suburb pages are built from recorded sales, listings, census extracts, and official planning layers. Those records are about places, not about you, unless you choose to follow them.

Cookies and ads

Session cookies keep you signed in. The public site may show advertising. Ad partners can set their own cookies; our ads.txt file lists authorised sellers. We do not sell your account details to advertisers.

How long we keep it

Account data stays until you delete the account or ask us to remove it. Server logs are kept only as long as we need them to run and secure the service.

Your choices

You can update profile details in your account, sign out, or email us to delete an account. You can also use a browser that blocks third-party cookies if you prefer not to see personalised ads.
