Districts publishes property and suburb research compiled from recorded observations and official layers. It is a research tool.
Not financial advice
Districts is general property research for information only. It is not personal financial advice, legal advice, a valuation, or a planning certificate, and it does not consider your objectives, financial situation or needs. Do not buy, bid, borrow, or invest on the basis of this site alone. Always obtain advice from a licensed financial adviser and, where relevant, a solicitor, conveyancer, valuer, or planner.
No reliance without checks
Data can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Overlay percentages are from loaded GIS, not a surveyor. Asking prices are what a listing published, not an appraisal. Confirm anything material with the title, council, a conveyancer, and a licensed financial adviser before you buy, bid, or lend.
Your account
You are responsible for the email and devices you use to sign in. Do not share a password. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or tries to scrape it in bulk.
Our content
You may use Districts for personal research and ordinary professional due diligence. You may not copy the site as a competing data product, republish extracts at scale, or present Districts figures as your own valuation.
Liability
To the extent Australian law allows, Districts is not liable for decisions you make using the site. Some consumer guarantees cannot be excluded; nothing here tries to take those away.
