If you knew me back then you would not recognise me today. I have been freshly painted throughout and my timber floors make it easy to look after me. Basically all the hard work has been done and you can just move in without having to do very much at all.
My large level yard is fully fenced with front and rear access which is ideal if you have animals. I also come with a double garage and 3 sheds. As well as my formal lounge with its own fireplace I have a generous covered and closed in rear verandah which doubles as a dining area and extra living/entertaining area. Both my bathroom and eat-in kitchen have been updated somewhat and I have gas and electricity at hand. I am situated in a pretty little country town with an excellent school/hospital/IGA supermarket/chemist/butcher/post office/swimming pool/pub and bowling club. My current owner regrettably needs to move back to Sydney urgently so I am looking for someone who wants to look after me from hereon in.
I reside at No. 10 Narran Street, Collarenebri, and I will seriously listen to all offers between $55,000 and $60,000. What a bargain!
