Listed by Property Targets AustraliaSarina is a fantastic place to live, and this home is ideally located for someone to make the most of it. From here you are only 15 mins to the beaches.
Designed in the early 80's it has a touch of formal about it with some more recent renovations giving it more space. It is reasonably sizeable once you get inside.
The kitchen, in good nick for an older style home, serves into the semi-formal dining area where there is no TV so family chats can happen. From there through an arch way into the lounge room that is of ample size to sit after dinner and watch TV or do whatever it is that you do after dinner.
Separate to this area is what used to be a garage, before the more recent renovations, which has now become a family room or media room. Handy if you wish to watch the netball if a documentary is on the other tele.
An enormous laundry serves as the way to the outside entertainment area, fantastic for a cup of tea, a family bbq or a Friday afternoon sesh. The fully fenced backyard not only gives you privacy but provides for your family pet. The shed is large enough to store your tinny or add some benches to make a great workshop. There is also a garden shed where you can store your mower and gardening equipment if you like.
To top it off this home is a short walk to the Bowlee, the Sarina Bowls Club, where you can enjoy a cold beer and a meal, or even have a roll-up if that suits you. It is a friendly gathering point enjoyed by lots of people.
