The main living, kitchen and rumpus room were renovated in 2014 and won the HIA best renovation on the North Coast for under $300k category. It features high ceilings and timber floors. The kitchen has a tremendous amount of storage with a walk-in pantry and soft close drawers. The island bench is very wide and incorporates a double sink and the cooking is gas. The deck has two sets of cedar sliding doors for access and is a great place to relax. The lounge has a wood fire heater and reverse cycle air conditioner. All the bedrooms are on the same level accessed from the main hallway as well as the office, laundry, and main bathroom. The rumpus room downstairs has its own bathroom with large bath/shower. There are two water tanks making the most of our rainfall for the garden as well as two sheds on concrete slab. Carparking is by way of a single carport and a separate car-space. The property is located just a short walk from Shelley beach or main beach and cafes' and a short drive to supermarkets and schools. Do not miss this one. Contact me today.
