To the left of the house is a newly constructed open carport which can provide parking for up to 6 cars. There are also a number of garden sheds located around the yard to provide additional storage. High fencing surrounds the property, giving a sense of privacy, while also being a short walk up the road to the main shopping strip of Queenstown.
