Mount Surprise is home to two roadhouses, one pub, one general store, one Police station, one museum, three caravan parks and a great local school. Located one hour from Georgetown and a short 30 km drive to O'Brien's Gemfields or Undara Lava Tubes where you can fossick and explore to your heart's content.
This is a beautiful outback town with a lovely community and it's a wonderful and safe place to live.
