It is almost impossible to find a home this elevated in Edgehill, with such a great view but single level and on a house site that is also level with an easy driveway and room for extra cars boats caravan and a lawned area. The back of the block is natural rainforest contributing to the tranquility and leafy beauty of the location which is in a quiet close .All the bedrooms are large and the guest room (3rd bedroom ) is huge. The main bathroom is designed to take in the rainforest outlook and has a luxury resort vibe. The home is very spacious and if you required extra room or separate office for example it could readily be reconfigured. There is also a separate structure at the rear that the owner suggests could convert to granny flat as power and water are provided to it. Other key features include the kitchen which was reconfigured and rebuilt to be ideal for entertaining and family living. The timeless neutral colours ,quality cabinetry and benchtops and Blum hardware, well considered design including a breakfast servery , have made it a pleasure to work in . There is also a guest powder room ,a built in cocktail bar area ;a combination of ducted and split system airconditioning and a security system. Properties are very tightly held in this prime area of Edgehill and this property in no exception, having had only 3 owners since it was built . Highly recommend coming to our open home.
