Great local community the suburb has a sensational future given its prime location and seclusion coupled with simple access to the Darwin CBD across the harbour (Ferry runs 13 times a day and is free for residents over 60).
To use it as a weekender or a site for your new home the only decision is where to put your building(s) - natural vegetation is still there so you can choose. A walk to fabulous beach strolls, fishing or plain old laying around.
An opportunity to construct an environmentally friendly and live-able home within 200 meters of beaches, just 10 minutes by ferry to Darwin or a beaut hour and a half drive.
