OUTSIDE
The backyard is awesome, with the beautiful pool being a standoutfeature in this home full of stand out features. The great entertaining space really is just such a cool place to spend those balmy summer evenings and you can be pretty sure that the family gatherings will somehow end up at your place. You've got the room and you've got the sunsets. There is a large lawn area along the side of the house, and that's great for the love of lawn, but if you need parking, this is the space for a caravan or a boat. Or both.
WHERE IT IS
Clifton Hills is that bit of Kelmscott up the top of the hill. With hundreds of acres of regional parkland as the backdrop to the area but public transport nearby. One of the best schools in the district nearby and great coffee at the Pink Deli Café. It's a fantastic place to live!
