ConstructionA 210ha mixed-use innovation campus at South Jerrabomberra, focused on high-tech businesses in defence, space, cyber-security, and manufacturing. The precinct comprises a 35ha campus-style Innovation Precinct, a 10ha Retail and Services Precinct (open and trading with ALDI, KFC, McDonald's, 7-Eleven, medical centre and gym), a Learning Precinct anchoring the completed Jerrabomberra High School (opened 2024), and protected grasslands under NSW Biodiversity Stewardship Agreements. Key tenants include a $71 million Satellite Manufacturing Hub (a collaboration between EOS, Nova Systems, UTS Tech Lab, Gilmour Space, and federal and NSW governments) and the DCI Data Centres CBR01 facility - a 20MW Tier-III secure cloud edge data centre planned for operation from 2024, operating on a separate Essential Energy 132kV grid.
