ConstructionThe Greater Flagstone Priority Development Area (PDA) is a 7,188-hectare urban growth corridor managed by Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) to deliver approximately 51,500 dwellings for up to 138,000 residents. The masterplanned corridor includes a 126-hectare city centre, extensive trunk infrastructure, employment and health hubs, and a proposed passenger rail link from Salisbury to Beaudesert. Active construction and residential delivery are underway across major developments including Peet Flagstone City, Mirvac Everleigh, and Pacifiq Communities Riverstone Springs.
