ConstructionA 2,222-hectare Priority Development Area (PDA) by Stockland in Logan City, already home to more than 15,000 residents with a target of up to 50,000 people across up to 20,000 dwellings on full build-out over 20-30 years. Current construction highlights include the Dixon Circuit retail precinct (Stage 1, around 8,000sqm with tenants including Hungry Jack's, Guzman y Gomez, Subway and JAX Tyres & Auto, opening later in 2026), the MountView mixed-use apartment complex by Radiance Spaces (construction commencing 2026), and a $20 million signalised intersection on Waterford-Tamborine Road at Dollarbird Drive linking to the new Jimbillunga Drive, jointly funded by Stockland and the Queensland Government's Residential Activation Fund, with completion expected mid-2027.
