Transport & Logistics
ConstructionA jointly funded ACT and Australian Government infrastructure project delivering a 200-metre weathering steel bridge over the Molonglo River and approximately 1.7 kilometres of new arterial road as the final section of John Gorton Drive. When complete, the bridge will be the longest weathering steel bridge in Australia and the tallest road bridge in Canberra. The project improves all-weather connectivity for Molonglo Valley suburbs including Denman Prospect and Whitlam, replacing the flood-prone Coppins Crossing alignment.
